This privacy policy applies to the Spentracker app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Codrantech (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This Application is designed to help users record and manage their spending or expenses only. It does not include any income tracking feature.

Currently The Application DOES NOT collect any information when you download and use it. But someday if The Application upgraded with further version, AND we may need to collect information, we will inform at you. If you contact us by email, then we will use your email address only for the purpose to reply your questions. This will be only in response to a communication from you.

To protect the Application and its users from abuse, we utilize Firebase App Check. This service helps verify that requests sent to our backend originate from our authentic app on an untampered device. This involves the collection of device attestation material and device metadata (such as OS version and model). This data is processed according to the privacy policies of the attestation providers (e.g., Google Play Integrity).

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Currently, we have disabled all advertisements within Spentracker to provide you with the best possible user experience during our launch phase. While no ads are currently displayed, our application integrates the Google AdMob SDK.
In the future, we may enable advertisements to support the ongoing development and maintenance of the app. If and when ads are enabled, they will be served in accordance with Google AdMob’s privacy policies, and we will update this disclosure accordingly.

Images uploaded by users are automatically cropped to 640 x 640 pixels and may experience a slight reduction in quality to optimize performance and storage eficiency.

Our app uses Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF) to allow users to access, view, and manage their own files. This means the app does not access files automatically or in the background — users must manually select the files or folders they wish to use. We do not collect, store, or share any file content unless explicitly selected by the user and only for the purpose of the app’s functionality.

Our app may request permission to send you notifications, this includes push notifications for updates, reminders, or important information related to the apps functionality.
We do not collect or store any personal data through notifications. You can manage or disable notification permissions at any time through your device's settings

Currently our app does not provide a PIN recovery feature. You are responsible for remembering your PIN. If it is lost, access to your account cannot be restored. We highly recommend saving your PIN in a secure location.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. If you are NOT consenting with this Privacy Policy, please do not install or use our applications.
